Is this experience suitable for children?

Yes. The activities are perfect for families with children, but adults, couples and groups of friends also enjoy this experience.

Can I choose skiing or snowboarding instead of Family Park?

Yes. Guests may upgrade their Family Park ticket to skiing or snowboarding by paying the ticket price difference directly at Ruka Resort.

How long does the day last?

The experience lasts approximately 10 hours, including transportation between Rovaniemi and Ruka.

Do I need previous experience?

No. The included activities are suitable for beginners and first-time visitors.

How far is Ruka from Rovaniemi?

The drive takes approximately 2.5 hours each way through the beautiful landscapes of Finnish Lapland.

What should I wear?

Warm winter clothing, winter boots, gloves and a hat are recommended. Winter clothing rental can also be arranged if needed.

Is lunch included?

Yes. The experience includes a traditional Finnish BBQ lunch and hot drinks served in a cozy fireplace hut.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The tour operates in normal winter conditions. Activities may be adjusted if weather or safety conditions require changes.

How many Ruka Coaster rides are included?

Two rides per person are included. Additional rides can be purchased directly at the resort if available.
